MEET THE TEAM

Chris “Big Chris” Big Chris is the “C” in C.A.R.S.S. Chris had a vision and a desire to provide honest auto repair at a fair price while providing an exceptional level of customer service and educating his customers. Known for his ability and desire to know his customer’s on a personal level, Chris is quick to engage his customers in a conversation whenever they come in to the shop as well as out in town as he frequents many of the same local businesses in the community that his customers do. The motto of C.A.R.S.S. is a direct quote of Chris’s and a reflection of the manner in which all of his customers are serviced – “We are driven to keep you driving.” . In his off time, Chris enjoys taking care of aquariums and watching old movies.
Steve “Rico Suave” Steve is the newest addition to the C.A.R.S.S. team and has been with us since summer of 2009. Known around the shop for his patience and wicked sense of humor, Steve is one of our Lead Fleet Technicians who also pitches in with the daily customer vehicles that pass in and out of our doors. In his off time, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife Alyssa and their children, Spencer and Angelina.
Omar “Ramo” Omar has been with C.A.R.S.S. since Spring of 2008. Known around the shop for his quick smile and willingness to help, Omar works not only as the Lead Fleet Technician for two of C.A.R.S.S.’s largest fleet accounts but also pitches in with the daily customer vehicles that pass in and out of our doors. Omar is also another one of our bilingual Technicians as he speaks both English and Spanish fluently. In his off time, Omar enjoys spending time taking in the local sights and attractions with his wife Sylvia and their children Erandy, Omar, Kathia and Andrea.
Rob ”Just Rob” Rob has been with C.A.R.S.S. since Spring of 2008. Known around the shop for his quick wit and willingness to go the extra mile to complete a job, Rob is not only the Lead Fleet Technician for one of C.A.R.S.S.’s largest fleet accounts but also pitches in with the daily customer vehicles that pass in and out of our doors. In his off time, Rob enjoys riding his Harley and spending time with his wife, Jennifer and their children, Angelica and Topanga.
Chris “Little Chris” Little Chris has been with C.A.R.S.S. since the doors opened in April of 2005. Known as the shop prankster and for his ability to make others laugh, Chris is the Senior Shop Technician and as such, has the ability to explain in layman’s terms (in both English and Polish as he is fluent in both languages) what is wrong with your vehicle and how best to fix the problem efficiently and economically. In his off time, Little Chris enjoys building cars and riding his four wheeler.
Tyler “Kid” Tyler has been with C.A.R.S.S. since summer of 2009. Known around the shop for his carefree but hardworking attitude, Tyler works as our Porter and General Maintenance Engineer. A junior in high school, Tyler is preparing to study Biomechanical Engineering after his graduation. In his off time, Tyler enjoys playing all sports with basketball being his favorite and spending time hanging out with his friends.
